About The Role

You will show evidence of advanced clinical nursing skills with demonstrated knowledge and skill using technology appropriate to the clinical area.

As an experienced educator with a sound understanding of learning and assessment principles gained from both experience and education (such as Cert IV in Training and Assessment), you will provide day to day and one-on-one clinical education along with in-services to meet team and individual learning needs, with a focus on new/ inexperienced staff.

You'll use a variety of modalities, providing development opportunities to effectively engage with learners within a busy clinical environment across multiple shifts.

Importantly, you will promote a culture of continuous learning and development within our Living Well Together framework, providing clinical leadership, including preceptorship, mentorship and role modelling, to support a collaborative approach to learning and development.

As the regional trauma centre and with the retrieval service based in Orange, your daily challenges will be shared with an exceptional multidisciplinary team and you will help guide a dynamic group of people that match your enthusiasm for upskilling.
