Responsibilities
- As a Fitness Consultant, provide exceptional customer service to all members using your strong work ethic, solid organisational skills and outgoing, friendly personality.
- Focus on conducting fitness assessments, program writing and taking group fitness training sessions.
- Create specialised exercise programs and perform detailed health assessments.
- Maintain client files with strong administration skills to track and manage information.

We’re looking for…
- Previous experience as a group fitness instructor
- Availability across the week including weekends
- A Certificate III & IV in Fitness, current Level 2 First Aid & CPR and lifeguard qualified highly desirable
- A passion for the health and fitness industry and a strong desire to exceed member expectations
- An up to date Working with Children check
- An in-depth understanding of group fitness training techniques
- The ability to interact and safely monitor groups of up to 20 people
- Robust motivational skills with the drive to help guests achieve their goals and the willingness to learn and continuously improve
