As a Store Manager, you'll run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, creating exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets. This is a senior leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty Proven ability to drive consistent service standards across multiple departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets Experience using data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS
Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management Experience leading back-of-house teams with high-volume deliveries Understanding of driving profit through using reports and smart product placement PEOPLE LEADERSHIP
