About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and driven Trainee Site Supervisor to join our team, working on residential construction projects located south of the river. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Area Manager and gain hands-on experience in the field. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks across residential constriction sites, assisting in the supervision and coordination of daily site activities. If you are currently on the tools and ready to take the next step in your career, this role offers a fantastic chance to kickstart your career in site supervision.
About You
You will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and accountability in all tasks you take on. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively liaise with all stakeholders, fostering positive relationships within the team and beyond. You are a team player who works well with colleagues and is also capable of working autonomously. With the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time-sensitive requirements, you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of our projects. A trade background with a strong understanding of residential construction will be highly regarded whilst previous experience supervising is preferred, but not essential.

Where you'll be working
This role will be site based at residential construction sites from Wellard to Mandurah, supported by the team based at our Summit Homes Group head office in Myaree. With state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive team culture, the office is a vibrant, modern workspace designed to foster collaboration and innovation.
