About the role
We're looking for a true Branch Manager to join this impressive, service-based company. The role will ultimately involve P&L responsibility, driving top line revenue development, operational efficiency + engaging a team of service staff and support functions.
Duties
* Drive operational efficiencies through the service team
* Have responsibility for high level account management of customers in your portfolio
* Ensure sales and operations work effectively to uncover & deliver on new business opportunities
* Lead with presence and effectiveness across the whole branch
* Full responsibility for P&L for the branch
Skills and Experience
* Branch Management experience, currently reporting into a Branch Manager viewing this as a step up, or Sales experience with strong operational understanding
* Ideally come from within the facilities management, waste, transport or similar industrial services industries with strong operational activity
* Commercially savvy including understanding sales & revenue generation in addition to operations
* Ideally have P&L responsibility
* Be a strong leader able to implement change & drive best practice through a branch
