 
        
        Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Create and manage project schedules, including developing and maintaining Project Management Plans (PMPs)
 * Maintain communication with contractors and track project expenditure
 * Develop and implement Project Development Plans (PDPs) and Business Cases
 * Assist in tender preparation, design schemes, and cost estimates
 * Coordinate resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met
 * Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and promote safe working practices throughout capital works projects
 * Prepare Job Safety Analysis worksheets and complete risk assessments as required
Requirements:
 * Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field is essential
 * Proven experience in project management, preferably within the water and wastewater sector
 * Desirable: Basic understanding of Water and Wastewater standards and regulations
