We are seeking a Community Nurse to join our team in Natimuk (part time - 16 hours/fortnight).
As a Community Nurse you will provide appropriate & efficient nursing services to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improvement of health.
Key Selection Criteria
- Registered Nurse/Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with APHRA registration.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary health team and in collaboration with groups and individuals
- Excellent analysis, reporting & writing skills.
- Competence in using computer programs including Microsoft Office Software, Excel, Outlook and other databases relevant to the practice area.
- Demonstrated understanding of Quality Improvement Principles, the EQuIP and the Common Community Care Standards.
Pre-requisites
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives.
- Australian Driver’s License
