Key Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cost management team and deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Australian construction market and excellent leadership skills to foster a high-performance culture within the team.
* Client Interface: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team leaders to achieve outstanding results.
* Training & Compliance: Ensure all team members receive current relevant training and adhere to our management systems.
* Project Delivery: Oversee timely and high-quality delivery of cost management outputs, including review and sign-off of all management information.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, ideally with a background in aviation, rail, or power and utilities projects.
* Industry Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in the infrastructure sector.
* Sector Expertise: Strong background in aviation, rail, or power and utilities projects.
* Strategic Insight: Proven ability to implement growth strategies aligned with local market dynamics.
* Professional Credentials: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar additional accreditations.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in estimating software such as CostX Expert Estimator or equivalent.
* Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal English skills with a track record of producing high-quality reports and leading high-performing teams.
