Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement an operational excellence strategy within the region.
* Maintain a high level of coordination with key suppliers to drive business success.
* Coordinate logistics, import, and export activities for the organization.
* Oversight of inventory management processes including regular reporting.
* Management of production and manufacturing resources to achieve quality assurance, lead times, and customer satisfaction.
* Support team members to ensure daily and weekly production targets are met; participate in hands-on initiatives when necessary.
* Collaboration with senior leaders across business areas to maximize organizational potential and deliver exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in Business Process Management, preferably within the security industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business functions.
* Able to manage supplier relationships, budgets, and performance metrics.
* Willingness to maintain or complete relevant security industry-based clearance.
* A customer-centric approach, understanding and anticipating both internal and external stakeholder needs.
