Opening in May, RWT Henderson is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead shift-by-shift operations across our new venue.
You will take ownership of daily service, coordinating the team to deliver the best possible outcomes for our guests. This role requires strong leadership on the floor, clear communication, and the ability to keep service moving at pace while maintaining standards.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a similar environment who leads by example and can influence positive outcomes across the team.

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to coordinate teams in a high-volume environment
* Unrestricted Approved Manager Red Card
