We're looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team and play a key role in bringing our brand, campaigns and content to life across a dynamic franchise network.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves content, understands digital channels, and wants the opportunity to genuinely influence brand performance and franchise success.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing & Content Specialist is responsible for delivering marketing execution across content, digital channels, campaigns and local area marketing (LAM).
You'll connect brand storytelling with commercial outcomes — creating engaging content, supporting national campaigns, and helping lift the quality and consistency of franchise marketing activity across the country.
This is a hybrid role, with a few days each week based at our Gatton Head Office, and flexibility to work from home the remainder of the time.

What You'll Be Doing
* Creating high-quality, on-brand content across social media, website, blog, email and campaigns
* Managing organic social media channels and monthly content plans
* Supporting national marketing campaigns through content and channel delivery
* Working closely with franchisees to support Local Area Marketing and improve brand compliance
* Developing templates, playbooks and guidance to lift franchise marketing capability
* Monitoring and managing online reputation and community engagement
* Producing monthly performance reporting and insights to optimise results

About You
You're creative, organised and commercially aware — someone who enjoys both execution and impact.
You'll bring:
* Experience in content marketing, social media and digital marketing execution
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
* Confidence creating short-form video and multimedia content
* A good understanding of digital platforms and performance metrics
* The ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including franchisees
* A proactive, "make it happen" mindset
Experience in retail, home improvement, or franchise environments is highly regarded but not essential.
