Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the success of our organization.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing pre-contract and post-contract stages, creating procurement and contract advice, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in measurement, estimation, cost planning, and bill preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage pre-contract and post-contract stages of projects
* Create procurement and contract advice
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management (majoring in quantity surveying)
* Minimum 4 years' experience in quantity surveying
* Experience working with CostX
* Current membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g., RICS, AIQS)
