Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Perth, WA, and requires an experienced General Manager to oversee the Operations and P&L of the business. The General Manager will lead and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence, develop strategic plans to foster business growth, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project timelines and ensure delivery of quality and performance standards.
Engage with clients to build strong relationships.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure projects meet quality and performance standards and comply with safety and regulatory obligations.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and oversee large teams.
Extensive industry knowledge in Drilling, with experience in developing and implementing strategic growth plans.
Proficiency in project management, including budgeting, planning, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges while optimizing operational efficiency.
Experience in the drilling (exploration) resource sector and familiarity with safety protocols in drilling operations.
