Role Overview
RAPH&REMY is seeking a highly versatile, brand-led Marketing & Brand Creative Manager to own and execute all aspects of marketing, creative, and communications. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and is ideal for a creative generalist who can think big, design beautifully, write thoughtfully, and bring the brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. You will be the guardian of brand consistency, ensuring every interaction reflects RAPH&REMY's premium, family-first ethos.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial goals
* Manage product launches, campaigns, and seasonal storytelling
* Track performance across channels and optimize based on insights
Graphic Design & Visual Execution
* Design on-brand assets across digital, print, packaging, and retail
* Apply and maintain the RAPH&REMY design system, brand guidelines, and visual consistency
* Collaborate on creative direction for campaigns, photoshoots, and content
Social Media & Content Creation
* Own social media strategy, planning, publishing, and community engagement
* Create visually compelling and emotionally resonant content (static, video, reels, stories)
* Manage influencer and brand collaborations where relevant
Copywriting & Brand Voice
* Write clear, warm, premium copy across website, social, email, packaging, and campaigns
* Maintain and evolve the brand tone of voice
* Translate product features into meaningful, family-focused storytelling
Execution & Collaboration
* Work closely with internal team, production partners, and external suppliers
* Manage timelines, deliverables, and creative workflows efficiently
* Support growth initiatives while maintaining brand integrity
Skills & Experience Required
Core Skills
* Strong graphic design capability (Adobe Creative Suite)
* Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a refined, emotive tone
* Solid understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns
* Working knowledge of print production and packaging, including artwork setup and liaison with suppliers
Brand & Creative Sensibility
* Strong eye for premium design, typography, colour, and layout
* Deep appreciation for brand storytelling and consistency
* Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, baby, kids, or premium consumer brands (preferred)
Marketing & Digital Know-How
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices
* Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, including content updates, merchandising, and campaign support
* Proficiency in Klaviyo, with experience building, managing, and optimising email and SMS flows, campaigns, and segmentation
* Understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
* Ability to interpret performance metrics and analytics to inform creative and marketing decisions

Pay: $96,609.35 – $140,262.28 per year
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
