About the Role
We have an exciting Full Time opportunity for an individual with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail to join our Community Access Team.
As the Roster Officer you will be responsible for ensuring all Disability Support Worker (DSW) shifts are filled daily when absences occur in the Disability Services Programs of Community Connections and Lifestyle Options.
The Roster Officer will also need to contact DSW's to notify of any shift changes after rosters have been published in line with protocols as well as administer DSW availability notifications and process through Flowlogic.
The Roster Officer is responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support services of Rostering across the Disability Services Programs.
Our Roster Officer is primarily responsible for rostering our DSW's and back filling shifts for unplanned/planned leave.
About You
You will have previous experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce management preferably in the disability services sector or in a similar field.
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing tasks effectively.
Friendly and professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, and build rapport with colleagues and support workers.
A proactive and an adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Comfortable navigating and learning new computer programs and software, ideally utilising a rostering / time and attendance software.
