The Role:
A well-rounded Property Manager position where you'll take ownership of your portfolio while working closely with the Licensee.
* Manage a portfolio of ~150 properties
* Handle ingoings and outgoings
* Conduct open homes as required
* Liaise with landlords and tenants
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Manage arrears and lease agreements
* Maintain records
The Candidate:
You're an experienced PM looking for flexibility, autonomy and a role that fits around your lifestyle.
* Previous Property Management experience essential
* Holds a Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Reliable, organised and confident working independently
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Own car required
* Comfortable managing a portfolio end to end
