Join the Exact team as an experienced Site Administrator and work on one of our remote projects in Northern Territory. The role is site‑based, requiring a fly‑in/fly‑out roster and 12‑hour days.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls, e‑mail and correspondence.
- Undertake data entry and reporting on items such as payroll and production.
- Assist with the collation of information for monthly reports and claims.
- Maintain site and personnel records and collate/pre‑pare information.
- Coordinate new starter processes including booking flights, accommodation, site access and induction requirements.
- Ensure visitors and subcontractors have necessary site access, induction requirements and uniform.
- Report all safety hazards, risks and incidents in accordance with site reporting policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Mining/Civil.
- Current valid driver’s licence.
- Valid White Card.
- Proactive, can‑do attitude and adaptable approach towards work.
- Ability to engage well with others, display empathy and maintain confidentiality.
- High degree of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate‑Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
