As a Loss Prevention Analyst & Store Auditor, you'll play a crucial role in managing and preventing loss within our organization.
You'll support the Security team to ensure compliance with internal security procedures and regulatory requirements, helping to create a safe environment for both employees and customers.You will :Investigate, identify, and follow up on deviating POS activity with focus on training needs, routines and fraudPrepare and evaluate predefined store audit reports in the loss prevention management systemSupporting the security department in executing fraudulent investigations and interviews and report all cases in the incident management systemYou follow up and review main KPIs and initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term plansYou ensure that the stores are compliant with security and safety standards by completing Store audits across Australia & New ZealandSupport the stores during the inventory to secure the accuracy of the count and dataSupport the Security Department with administrative tasksWho You'll Work WithThe Loss Prevention Analyst & Store Auditor is part of the Security Department and reports to the Security Manager.
