Through collaboration, we deliver the best customer experience across our award-winning digital platforms. Our Experience Research Practice sits within the Human Centered Design C entre of E xcellence within the Retail Banking Digital space, and we are looking for researchers to support Retail, Business and Staff experiences.
**Roles Available**
**Experience Researcher**
- As an Experience Researcher (1-3 years), you will work in a collaborative team environment to inform the creation of effective, cohesive design solutions that meet the needs of varied users. You will support exploratory and discovery research work, usability testing, and contribute to creating a broader shared understanding of our staff and customers.
**Specialist Experience Researcher**
- As a Specialist Experience Researcher (3-10 years), you will work closely with senior researchers to prioritize research initiatives, support all user experience research activities, and advocate for research across the broader organization. You will have solid experience in a research team, with practical experience in a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
**Senior Experience Researcher**
- As a Senior Experience Researcher (7-10 years +), you will lead UX research projects, plan user research for services with challenging user needs, and collaborate with designers and other researchers on projects. You will have demonstrated experience leading UX/Research projects with customer
- centred design principles and usability testing methods.
**Research Operations ( **ResOps **) Specialist**
- As a ResOps Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational aspects of the research team, ensuring that research activities run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Knowledge management, including artifact/asset archival and centralized customer feedback
- Operational strategy and process improvements ( identifying key areas of inefficiency and working with team to implement solutions)
- Screening and recruitment of participants ( taking briefs, creation and management of internal panels, coordinating with external recruiters )
- Research Logistics, including booking, and tech setup/check/support
- Managing guest logistics, such as panelist security/concierge, NDAs, and incentives
- Procurement tasks, including SoW, invoicing, and PM/PO alignment.
