Director of Corporate Catering Sales Job Description
The successful candidate will lead the corporate catering sales division and be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, closing sales, developing relationships with vendors and venues, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals.
* Manage client feedback and reviews to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and venues through regular prospecting and presentations.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key accounts, growth opportunities, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed individual and team monthly and annual revenue goals.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and venues.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in catering or events.
* 5+ years of experience in hospitality.
* 3+ years of experience managing sales managers.
