About The Role
Are you a compassionate and resilient Enrolled Nurse with a passion for dementia care? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Aged Care team, providing exceptional, person‐centred support to residents living with dementia and complex behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, tailored to each resident's individual needs.
* Support residents who exhibit heightened or challenging behaviours with empathy, professionalism, and evidence-based care approaches.
* Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
* Contribute to care planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal clinical and emotional outcomes.
* Uphold our organisation's values of respect, compassion, and integrity in every interaction.
What We're Looking For
* Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Aged Care)
* Understanding of the Aged Care Standards
* Ability to work in a multi‐functional collaborative team
