An opportunity, Built for you
As the Site Engineer you will support day-to-day operations by coordinating the technical, quality, and safety elements of construction activities. You will work with site, design, commercial, HSE and quality teams to achieve project results.
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
Coordinate trades, review drawings, track progress, and help resolve RFIs/ technical queries
Support onsite inspections, QA documentation, ITP compliance, and defect rectification
Assist with procurement/ logistics, verify materials against spec, and manage site records/ photo documentation
Contribute to a positive culture aligned to our Built Worthy values and "tell it like it is/ see it, call it, fix it" behaviours

You won't shy away from a challenge and will always own the problem, knowing you've got the full support of the team. Here are the essentials you'll need for this role:
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management (or similar)
Experience in commercial construction on high value projects (if you have completed a Graduate Program this will hold you in good stead)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and confident communication across site stakeholders
Exposure to project systems such as Aconex, MS Project or Primavera (advantage)
