With a collaborative, agile and people-first culture, they're looking for a Mid-Senior QA Engineer / Test Analyst to join their growing Software Quality Assurance team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of manual and automation testing, working closely with clients, product teams and delivery squads in a modern Agile environment. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality client implementations and ensuring software releases meet both business and technical requirements. On any given day, you may: Execute end-to-end functional and non-functional testing Develop and maintain automated test suites using low-code/no-code tooling Perform manual testing across web applications and client releases Write detailed test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria Work closely with delivery teams, developers and stakeholders across the SDLC Participate in sprint planning, estimations and Agile ceremonies Analyse, document and manage defects through to resolution Support regression, smoke and release testing activities Collaborate with client-side teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes Contribute to continuous improvement across QA processes and automation practices What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with strong QA fundamentals, excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. You will ideally bring: 5 years' experience in software testing across manual and automation environments Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools such as Testim.io (or similar) Exposure to JavaScript for test automation/customisation Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and Agile delivery Experience with browser DevTools and web application testing Cross-browser and cross-device testing experience Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams A collaborative and solutions-focused approach Nice to Have Accessibility or performance testing experience Exposure to financial services, fintech or digital advice platforms Experience working within client-facing delivery environments Why Join?
