**The Client**
Our client is a well-managed Council located in Central West Qld, a region abundant in nature, culture and heritage.
**The Chance**
This role is responsible for Coordinating and managing the operation and maintenance of the Water and Wastewater infrastructure for Council.
The Water/Waste Water Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the water supply and treatment and waste water treatment. This position is responsible for the coordinate and management of water and waste water operations, staff, plant, equipment, and processes.***
**About You**
Successful applicants will possess the following:
- Plumbing Licence or a Certificate III in Water Operations
- Experience and extensive knowledge of the operations and maintenance of activated sludge treatment processes, water supply reticulation and disinfection
- Current Australian Driver Licence with the ability to operate and use manual 4WD vehicles
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures relating to wastewater treatment plants
