**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a
**Executive Assistant to CIO **to work for a
** NSW Government **based in
**Leichhardt, NSW. **The position is
**6**
**-month contract role**
**with the possibility of extension** and are paying between
**$44 - $55 per hour depending on experience + Super**.

8 per hour and 38 hours per week(Hybrid work Environment)

**Description**:

- Responsibility for effective administrative support for the Information and Digital Services Unit
- Support the Director Information and Digital Services with all administrative tasks including maintaining the Director's diary
- Provide administrative support for the Information and Digital Services Unit including processing invoices, procurement of stock and non-stock requisition items, maintaining files and documents in inReach/Content Manager, process mail and stock stationary, maintain mail distribution lists
- Attend meetings where requested, book conference and related resources, take meeting minutes and follow up on relevant meeting minute actions.
- Research and assemble information where requested
- Prepare reports, memoranda and correspondence and proofread documents to eliminate typographical and grammatical errors
- Update and maintain Information and Digital Services information including the Information and Digital Services Intranet site

**Essential requirements**:
