The Role
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 300 properties (predominantly apartments within close proximity), supported by strong systems and established processes. The portfolio is organised, streamlined, and designed for efficiency, allowing you to focus on delivering quality service.
You will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong landlord & tenant relationships
* Handling escalations and providing solutions-focused outcomes
* Managing arrears, maintenance, and compliance
* Attending and preparing for tribunal hearings when required
* No ingoing's, routines or accounts!
About You
* Previous experience as a Property Manager
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Proactive, solutions-driven, and team-oriented
