Job Description
Deliver high-quality clinical care to support the wellbeing of older people and enable them to live their best lives. Provide resident-centred care in accordance with care plans and individual preferences, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop care plans in consultation with residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a residential aged care setting (2 years preferred).
* Availability to work some night shifts.
* NDIS Worker Clearance – Mandatory.
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to resident-first care.
* An understanding of the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS).
* A passion for delivering a person-centred approach to care.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Compassionate and empathetic nature.
