* excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a high-volume environment
* well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
* outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of enquiries and deliver exceptional client service
* commitment to maintaining confidentiality, exercising professional judgement, and upholding integrity in all interactions
* ability to support project delivery by gathering and analysing project data, tracking progress and budgets, preparing reports, and coordinating project-related meetings and activities
* experience contributing to communications and digital engagement initiatives, including preparing and scheduling social media content and coordinating online communications
* commitment to continuous improvement and professional development, with a focus on enhancing administrative systems, practices, and service delivery.
