About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery and A & D space.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This full-time permanent position reports to the Kitchen & Trade Partner Manager and offers a competitive remuneration package including a fully financed company car or generous motor vehicle allowance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement new business opportunities to drive sales growth
* Built and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery & A & D space
* Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to meet customer needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A verifiable track record in business development involving developing new and existing customer relationships to achieve established revenue targets
* A focus on and interest in architecture and design
* Experience within Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry appliances, or a design-led adjacent industry
* Experience in collaborating closely with internal and external partners
* A customer-focussed mindset where the customer is at the heart of all decisions and actions, delivering exceptional and distinctive customer experiences
