Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing telehealth consultations, assessing patients, creating and updating patient care plans, and prescribing medications as necessary. The practitioner will also provide patients with education and counseling, align care with evidence-based practices, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification
- Experience in telehealth and remote patient management
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Solid communication, patient education, and counseling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health systems
