About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at our Canberra Airport location, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz.
Responsibilities
* Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging customers.
* Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Sell Hertz rental options to valued customers.
* Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
* Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirements.
* Work as part of a high performing team.
About You
* Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to engage verbally with customers.
* Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in the rental industry preferred.
* Flexibility of working hours (7‐day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply).
* Full and current AU driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
