Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Win work that you\'re interested in and deliver projects.
Review and sign off on engineering calculations, drawings, and documentation, ensuring quality and compliance with Australian Standards.
Act as a key client contact, building strong relationships and providing trusted technical and commercial advice.
Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the business in Sydney.
Champion innovation and mentor junior engineers as part of the leadership team.
Your profile – what we'd like to see
Extensive experience in structural design and project leadership, ideally with expertise in concrete and PT structures.
Strong capability in structural analysis tools (e.g., ETABS & Spacegass) with the ability to challenge and guide technical outputs.
Excellent communication skills and a confident, client-facing approach.
Proven ability to lead teams and projects in a consulting engineering environment.
Relevant engineering qualifications (CPEng preferred).
