We're looking for a hands-on Townsville Assistant General Manager to lead multiple Subway stores across Canberra and NSW—someone passionate about developing teams, driving performance, and building a culture of excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and wants to coach the next generation of leaders.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Coach & Develop: Train and mentor Store Managers to be their best
* Drive Operations: Oversee compliance, labour budgets, rosters, and service quality
* Support the Region: Act as the go-to link between store teams and the General Manager
* Lead with Purpose: Run weekly meetings, assist with recruitment, and promote store growth
WHAT YOU'LL GET
* $89,600 Package ($80K base + 12 % super) + $10,000 regional living allowance
* Up to $24,000 in annual bonuses

* Proven leadership in QSR multi-site retail
* Strong operational excellence

* Valid Australian Driver's Licence + car
* Police Check + Food Safety Supervisor Cert (or willingness to obtain before employment starts)
