About The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a 12‐month full time contract to cover parental leave in the Lismore Head Office, ელ) NSW 2480.
For the first three (3) months, you will report to the People & Culture Manager at Summerland Bank. From 01 July 2026, when Summerland Bank merges with Regional Australia Bank, you will join a larger People & Culture team and report into the People & Culture Team Lead. The role will continue to be based in Lismore.
The People & Culture Officer is a multi‐faceted role providing support to the full range of Human Resource Management (HRM), including:
* Recruitment
* Onboarding
* Learning and Development
* Performance Management
* Employee Safety and Wellbeing
* Payroll
* Fair Work Australia Principles
Key Responsibilities
* Super‐user of the HRIS (ELMO Software)
* Generalist HR administration across the full cycle of HRM
* Recruitment and Onboarding
* Administration of employment contracts/changes
* Maintenance of the learning and development platform, including coordination of disciplin s and incentives
* Assist with coordination of performance processes
* Rewards and Recognition process
* Maintenance of Employee Surveys
* Administration of_REMOTE Leave
* Inputting of Payroll administration and liaise regularly with Payroll Specialist
