Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Administration Assistant.


Detailed Responsibilities

* Manage reception services, including switchboard operations
* Greet visitors, coordinate sign-ins, support meeting room bookings and setup
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including reception, meeting rooms and shared areas
* Provide administrative assistance across the team, covering mailroom tasks and supplier liaison


Key Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in office software applications
