Reporting to the Executive General Manager Technology and Innovation (EGM T&I;) and working closely with senior T&I; Leaders, this newly created role will play an integral role in providing a high level of executive assistance to support to the development of Adelaide Airports Technology & Innovation supplier management function.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide executive assistance to the EGM T&I; in a secretarial capacity including coordination of travel and accommodation itineraries, procurement and purchasing activities and other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Attend meetings and provide support, including the preparation of agendas and the development of minutes on an as required basis
- Establish effective working relationships with key internal and external customers and business partners
- Oversee new and ongoing supplier and partner agreements, ensuring they are reviewed, processed, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee and track the progress of supplier and partner agreements from start to finish, ensuring efficient processing times are adhered to as per relevant time frames
**Skills and experience**:
- Executive level administration support experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and high-level technical skills (proficient with systems, programs, and the MS Suite)
- Demonstrated ability to review and edit complex written reports, papers, and other high-level documents
- Experience working within a small, high performing teams and holding team members accountable for agreed deliverables
