About the Role
The role requires the ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for ADT Guard across key verticals including Retail, Self-Storage, Construction, Commercial Property, Mining, Critical Infrastructure & more. The role focuses on field-based activity, client acquisition, relationship management, solution-based selling, and growing revenue in line with national sales strategy. This includes lead generation, site visits, product demonstrations, pricing presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations – supported by a strong focus on margin protection, pipeline conversion, and strategic account development.
This role is performance-driven, with a strong focus on new business acquisition, commercial discipline, and territory self-management. The Field Sales Representative is expected to act as an ADT brand ambassador, promote our market positioning, and help drive sustainable growth of ADT Guard nationally.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to build rapport and professional relationships with clients.
Experience with solution-based selling (technology, security, or facilities services).
Understanding of margin management, contract terms, and commercial risk.
Experience conducting client site visits / risk assessments.
Prior exposure to RFP/Tender submissions (desirable).
