Join New Groove Clinic as our Clinical Lead. We've moved away from the standard telehealth model to a high-efficiency "Triangle" care system. In this role you will lead the clinical direction, while our Nurse Practitioners and Dietitians handle the lifestyle management and follow-up coordination.

What you will do
* Conduct initial telehealth assessments for chronic disease management.
* Lead a small, specialised multidisciplinary team (NP and Dietitian).
* Utilise e-scripting to provide patients with flexible treatment options.
* Maintain high clinical standards in a digital-first environment.
* Help shape the future of brand-agnostic chronic care in Australia.
About You
* Vocational Registration (FRACGP / FACRRM) is essential.
* Current AHPRA registration with no conditions or undertakings.
* Proven experience in telehealth and chronic disease management.
* Experience leading or working in a multidisciplinary team.
* A professional and diligent approach to innovative care pathways.
