The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in 2026.
We're now looking for experienced Wait Staff and Bartenders to join our opening Front of House team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.
This is an exciting chance to be part of a brand-new venue from day one, working alongside an experienced leadership team within one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.

Requirements
* Previous experience in an A La Carte restaurant workplace
* A current RSA Certificate
* A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience with POS ordering systems and cash handling
* A solid understanding of wine and beverage service
* Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
