Cafe DutyManager – Rockhampton Airport
Position : Full-Time
Rates : $28 – $32/hr + super + penalties(based on experience)
From sunrise to sunset, lead the experience
We're hiring a hands-on Cafe Duty Manager to oversee a busy airport café.
Guide your team in serving all-day meals and drinks, keeping operations smooth, and delivering a memorable dining experience to travellers.

What You'll Do
Manage daily operations: stock, presentation, opening/closing
Lead, train, and support team members
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with hands-on tasks including barista work and dishwashing
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Valid RSA and driver's licence + own vehicle
Food Safety Supervisor certificate (preferred)
Barista and/or bar experience ideal
Flexible for public holidays, weekends, and afternoon/evening shifts
