Job Description:
As a skilled professional, you will be working closely with clients across various industry sectors to understand their needs and requirements. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting both new and existing client equipment.
You will work as an expert in the field of telecommunications solutions, helping clients to keep their workforce safe and manage their critical assets effectively. Your role will involve hands-on work with clients, providing them with top-notch service and ensuring that their equipment is functioning optimally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering or relevant certifications in electronics and communications
* Previous experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably in radio, wireless IP networking, or microwave technology
* Experience with UHF, VHF, CELL, WiFi, wiring looms, lights, antennas, and other RF-related products
* Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
