Service Details
After School Care: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Vacation Care: Be a part of an exciting vacation care program! Up to 6 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
* Plan and program science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do.
* Lead a safe, inclusive setting where every child feels like a rockstar.
* Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
* Motivate your team by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every child's experience.
* Work with the Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with full backing of compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
* Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
* Manage the day-to‐day business of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Mix
* Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care (or studying toward it). Check this qualification's approval status.
* Warm, engaging, and with a "can‐do" attitude.
* Valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
* Ability to build trust and connection quickly while engaging with a curious child, empowering an Educator, or navigating high‐level meetings with school leadership.
