**Overview**
Reporting to the Communications Services Manager (GESB), the Communications Coordinator (GESB) supports the Link Marketing WA team in the day-to-day delivery of GESB communication services and activities, including but not limited to, communication reviews, business-as-usual mailings such as seminars, webinars, and compliance mailings, as well as ad-hoc member mailings and campaigns.
The Communications Coordinator (GESB) will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, such as the GESB Member Engagement team, Link WA stakeholders, Link Digicom, and Zipform, to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of GESB's communication services
**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
Strategic Focus
- Delivery of communication services in accordance with the GESB Services Agreement - section 2.8.
- Development, testing and scheduling lodgement of online and offline communication and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the scheduling and management of internal and external communication resources to efficiently meet client requirements.
- Work effectively and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders, such as the GESB Member Engagement team, Link WA stakeholders, Link Digicom, and Zipform, to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of GESB's communication services requirements.
- Manage as appropriate, relationships with third party vendors or contractors in the delivery of GESB's communication services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies that drive high member engagement.
- Where appropriate review and edit communications to ensure quality, clarity and consistency in relation to the GESB brand, style and language guidelines.
- Work with the Communication Database Manager to analyse data and provide insights and efficiencies in relation to the delivery of communication services.
- Project manage and deliver communication services initiatives as per the agreed specifications and timings with Link and GESB stakeholders.
- Identify and/or create ongoing operational efficiencies in the delivery of communications and services (e.g., faster/at lower cost).
Operational Management
- Work closely with the Communications Services Manager to ensure delivery of GESB's strategic communication objectives and delivery of FFS initiatives.
- Work closely with the Communications Database Manager to analyse mailing responses, trends, and impacts relating to the delivery of GESB's communication services.
- Ensure delivery of communication services meets the required SLAs and minimum standards as outlined in the Services Agreement.
- Contribute and support the Link Marketing WA team when delivering activities related to annual member statements, annual review and sign-off of communication materials, print stock management, seminar and webinar support, development of communication materials for Link Administration and Member Services, and general communication administration support.

- Use and maintain GESB data in accordance with the GESB Services Agreement and relevant privacy laws.
- Ensure that all Link Group information security policies, processes, and procedures are followed.
- Foster a proactive risk and compliance culture withing the team and ensure that all risk and compliance reporting and assurance obligations are met.
- Participate fully in any required training.
