About The Role
This position is responsible for completing a diverse range of administrative activities to support the smooth and safe running of SG Fleet's facilities as well as tasks supporting wider business operations. The incumbent adopts a strong customer service mindset to provide assistance and support a broad group of internal and external customers, suppliers and stakeholders. This position also plays a fundamental role in supporting employee engagement.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet all visitors to SG Fleet's office, ensuring they have registered in the login system and are well informed of relevant procedures while on SG Fleet's premises.
* Manage and direct all incoming telephone calls through the reception call queue.
* Attend to the sorting and distribution of all incoming/outgoing mail and couriers. Manage all records and archiving requirements.
* Provide support with all facilities and Health & Safety related requirements.
* Provide general administrative and processing support to the wider business.
* Be responsible for security pass management, ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies. Support the maintenance of a safe and professional work environment.
* Assist facilitating employee engagement initiatives which can include events, catering, etc.
Skills And Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* A clear focus on understanding the needs of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
* Ability to provide efficient and accurate office administration services, in line with delivery expectations.
* Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills.
* Strong organisation & prioritization skills - meets specified deadlines & reports regularly on progress.
* Previous experience in facilities maintenance and building management.
* Previous experience in Workplace Health & Safety is ideal.
* Good Microsoft Suite skills.
* First Aid qualification is favourable.
