About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand who is ready to step up and join our McIlwain Family with excellent development opportunities on offer.
This Leading Hand will be joining our project based in Logan on a night shift roster expected between Sunday to Thursday night continuously.
You will require the following:
* Certificate 3 in Civil Construction, Road Construction or Plant (preferred)
* Proven experience in Road and Earthworks
* Implementing quality control techniques
* Planning and Allocating tasks and activities as required.
* Planning complex construction sequencing
* Plant tickets desirable
