The Role Reporting to the Service Manager, you won’t just be managing a kitchen; you will be the heart of the home. You will lead a dedicated team across Catering, Housekeeping, and Laundry to ensure residents live in comfort, safety, and dignity. Who You Are You’re a "people person" with high emotional intelligence and a background in high-volume hospitality. While aged care experience is a plus, our client welcomes candidates from hotels or restaurants, they provide all the industry-specific training you need.
