SRI PUBLISHING CO PTY LTD T/as Dorsal by the Sea Restaurant is looking for experienced Restaurant Manager who can join our team. Dorsal by the Sea Restaurant is located at 1 West St, Forster NSW 2428 Australia. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Working hours Fulltime (38 hours) per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Motivate and inspire the team to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
* Assist in managing forecasting and budgets across beverage, food and staff costs.
* Maintain stock control procedures with exceptional accuracy, including purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
* Plan menu in consultation with Chef & report directly to owner or Management Team
* Organize functions & day-to-day running of the restaurant.
* Implement, execute and maintain outstanding levels of service, creating a benchmark for the wider team and inspiring and leading them to operate and deliver to the same standards.
* Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
* Maintain the venues cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards.
* Ensure compliance, food handling, OH&S regulations and that dining facilities comply with health regulations, is clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Must have Diploma of Hospitality Management or Bachelor of Hospitality Management or relevant Degree
* Must have experience worked as Restaurant Manager for 3 – 4 Years

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
