We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the industry.
THE ROLE
Required
Based in head office in Moorabbin, your role as a Pre Departure Services Consultant is to coordinate all documentation and procedures required for our passengers upcoming tours. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
* Issuing Passenger Documentation
* Packing Merchandise
* Moving Stock
* Adhoc Administration
* Taking Payments
* Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls
* Collecting Personal Data
* Assisting reservations team with queries
* Assisting Travel Agents with queries (email and phone calls)
About You
* You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* An understanding of the travel industry and systems is desirable
* Excellent attention to detail is a must
* A willingness to learn and aid other departments
* An ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously
* Enjoy working in a supportive team environment
