Responsibilities
* Food & Beverage
o Contribute to the front of house team
o Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas
o Basic food preparation
o Drive exceptional customer service to guests
* Kitchenhand
o Assisting our Chefs with food preparation
o Cleaning and washing up the kitchen area and equipment
o Maintaining a safe and hygienic work workplace
o Assisting with restock and stock rotation
* Cleaner
o Maintain and clean all areas within the Lounge
o Cleaning bathrooms
o Dispense, distil and store chemicals in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines
o Additional penalty rates available based on hours worked
