Your role As a KEY player in this LEGAL KNOWLEDGE team (being led and mentored by a top calibre Legal Knowledge Manager), you will support partners/lawyers in the Commercial Litigation team:
Keep abreast of changes in legislation/case law;
Provide updates/training/legal education to partners/lawyers;
Conduct file audits/matter reviews;
Create and update precedents and firm’s knowledge repositories/intranet/internet;
Liaise with Client Services and IT teams to develop various legal technology platforms eg ediscovery and other automation platforms.

Who you are We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted lawyer and have minimum 5+ years’ experience (no maximum seniority limit) in commercial litigation (preferably also with some insolvency litigation experience);
Have strong legal drafting skills, high attention to detail;
Have had some experience in or at least a keen interest in knowledge sharing/precedent development+legal technology applications;
Are seeking a refreshing alternative legal career path.
